Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Your booking will be confirmed only after receipt of advance payment while booking.  If advance payment is not received within 12 hours of booking, your booking stays cancelled automatically.

• Entire booking amount has to be settled before check-in with caution deposit (refundable).

​

• If a guest wishes to check out prior to the agreed departure date, the guest will have to forfeit the payment made.  No refund shall be processed.

​

• In case of no show, the total payment of reservation will be charged.

​

• No cancellation allowed under any circumstances.

​

• All payments are non-refundable.
